Crown Sports & Events collects only the information needed to run tournaments: names, contact details, team and player details, documents required by a tournament, jersey sizes and payment records.
We use this information to process registrations, schedule matches, communicate with participants, issue receipts and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store card or bank credentials. Uploaded documents are kept privately and are visible only to authorised organisers.
Photos and videos taken at events may be published on this website and our social channels. If you would like an image removed, please contact us.
You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by using the contact page.
